A few years ago this seemed like paradise:
Now we find ourselves wishing little things could be improved. Perhaps the water could not smell like poop, perhaps the shower could work well enough to be worth using. Evidently as we age we are becoming more accustomed to our luxuries :D
On the plus side it's cheap, quiet, and close to the downtown core.
