Fancy Street

Every city, it seems, must have a fancy street. Idiot tourists head for it to squander their riches. So we did so as well. It was breathtakingly hot.

 

 

Ever since our last visit Rod wished he'd bought fancy chopsticks on fancy street. So we went to the fancy chopstick store.

 

 

At ruinous expense (more than our hotel room!) fancy chopsticks were procured.

 

 

 

 

After that a little more strolling was called for. However, it proved to be breathtakingly hotter than before so we stopped at a local ice cream joint.
